I called your company to order a fuel tank for a Murray mower and a deck
roller kit for a 42 inch, vented roller deck on a Weedeater mower.
Basically a Craftsman. I gave the operator the model number I had. She
could not cross reference it, and insisted i was giving her the wrong
number. She got angry and frustrated and then hung up the phone..... Is
this how you treat all phone inquiries?
