I've had a difficult time finding parts for a go kart. After reading
"Don't do business with this scam artist" I was concerned to order. Since
this was nearly the only place I found parts, I decided to take the chance.
Two and a half days later, here are the parts. I found the prices to be
very good and the shipping price is not outragous, like other prts shops.

Still have not recived my order...this my frist and last time ordering..Reply from shakyparts..We did send it 3 day thru UPS. The fact that UPS left your package at you neighbors house is not something that I can control. Giving you a refund for the shipping is all that I have control over. Please do not rate our service on the mistakes of the carrier.

shopping cart cleared several times for no apparent reason. the thank you
note for my order listed the wrong name..? that has me a bit concerned.

The message that you see on your confirmation page states" Thank You for your order, Jackie Willard." This is the owner thanking you for your order, not a incorrect name on the order. This order was placed at willards small engines, the name on the thank you page was from Jackie Willard. As for the shopping cart page, if it cleared severl times , there would have been several orders for you. I am also not sure why this was posted since we clearly explained what the page was 2 other times.

Our order was lost by UPS and they were very prompt to try and find it.
When it couldn't be found, they sent a duplicate order out immediately.
That is great service in my opinion.

I have been trying for days to call the nunmber listed on the website to
straighten out an order, and it is ALWAYS BUSY! How can I get my parts if
I can't actually speak with someone? Reply from Willards...This is our busy time of the year, we can not help this. The correct and fastest way to go about returns is to go by the instructions on the back of your invoice. All returns are done by email only. Even if you were to call the person that you talk with will not be able to assist you with a return.
